Shipping Policy

We cater from the teenager to the senior and everyone in between. A line of jewellery for men is also offered, since we are aware that men, too, appreciate wearing nice jewellery.

We can only ship to actual addresses. There is no shipping to post office boxes or third parties.

Consideration of colours, shapes, sizes and textures all play a crucial part in the creation of our original designs.

All necessary shipping costs and taxes will be paid by the customer. The customer will be notified of the total cost of the order prior to shipping. Combined purchases are welcome (when chosen within one week) and will reduce your shipping costs! Please e-mail us at: info@axcessorizeplus.com in advance to let us know that you will be making a combined purchase.

If you have a rush order, we will do everything we can to try to accommodate your request.

Please also be aware that any custom charges must be covered by the customer. There are certain restrictions relating to various materials where there is an additional charge. Check with your government customs for the list.

Picture and Product Variance

There may be some slight variances of colours and textures of our jewellery pieces due to variations of computer equipment and other settings displayed on each individual computer. However, we assure you that each piece of jewellery is photographed as true as it is in real life.

You may detect some variance in the veining or marbling of various natural stones and materials. This is the beauty of these materials as each offers its unique character.

Exchange and Refund Policy

We will honour a return for exchange of our jewellery purchased by the customer within a 7-day period with proof of purchase. The jewellery must be in the original condition that it was sold in to the customer. Any signs of wear or breakage will void this condition. Please contact us at: info@axcessorizeplus.com before returning the piece of jewellery so that we may send you an authorization number for return. As well, you must detail the reason for the return. When sending the item, you must refer to this authorization number. The item must be returned to us within a 7-day period. All shipping costs incurred for the returned item will be the responsibility of the customer.

A return can be made in the form of an exchange for the same or the customer can pay the difference on a greater amount. The customer may also apply for a 1-year credit. This credit will be kept on record should you wish to not use it immediately. However it will expire after one year.

Our policy is that we do not offer refunds.

Custom Orders

To place an order or arrange for a consultation for a custom order, please contact us at: info@axcessorizeplus.com

Since custom work is specific to the customer's request, we will require a 50% deposit prior to commencing work on the piece(s) of jewellery. The balance is due upon completion. The order will be shipped out to the customer after the balance has been received and the funds have cleared.

Repairs

JDC | Jewellery Design Concepts T/A AxcessorizePlus guarantees our products for a period of 30 days if an item shows breakage due to regular wear. Please send us an email at: info@axcessorizeplus.com informing us that you are sending a package out to us. We will supply you with a repair identification number. Please refer to that when shipping the item out to us. This item must be shipped to us, without any missing pieces, within a 7-day period of notifying us. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any replacement costs if materials such as beads, components, etc. are missing. Shipping, insurance and any other related costs will be at the expense of the customer.

We will assess the item upon receipt to determine that the wear has been normal. Provided the item shows normal wear and if the item cannot be fixed, we will offer you an item of the same value. We will retain the item that cannot be fixed unless the customer notifies us and then we will return that item at the expense of the customer.

Please note that we will not be held accountable if items returned do not have repair identification number previously issued by us, or is lost, damaged in transit or delayed by customs.

Regular Wear and Storage of Jewellery

Proper care must be taken with your jewellery so as not to scratch it or break it. It is suggested that your piece(s) be stored carefully. Silver components will require occasional polishing with a silver cloth. Silver items are best when stored in a closed bag. Pearls maintain their luster if stored within a cloth.

It is recommended that our jewellery products be removed during showering, swimming and washing. A soap buildup may accumulate over time which could damage the beauty of the stones, components and silver.
